User researchChrome side-panel UX

Conducted user research with 12 power users to identify the 'Context-Switch Tax' in spreadsheet workflows.

Keeps formula help beside the sheet so people stay in flow. Designed a sidebar-native experience using Chrome's Side Panel API to keep tools persistent without blocking data.
